Mean

However - and this is a BIG however, the author creates a protagonist who is supposedly brilliant - genius level brilliant with a facility for languages and yet the English used by the protagonist is not correct. It's obvious that the write is not a native speaker of English because there are subject verb agreement errors, verb tense usage that is incorrect and a few other glitches. I suggest that Ms. Barcelos get a really good editor and expand this book because its potential is enormous.
